Spicy Soy Prefried Bean Curd

  1. With little oil pan fried the bean curd till its lightly crispy and brown on the outside about 7 to 10 minute then set aside,
  2. Pour in the spicy soy sauce and quickly stir vigorously then off heat and top the cooked bean curd and springkle with some brown sugar ( more if you can't take the spicy soy sauce ),then serve and enjoy
