My Mother-In-Law's Recipes: Fried Tilapia Fish With Lime

  1. Coat both sides of fish with ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat pan with oil and place fish in pan.
  3. Cook each side for about 3 minutes (depending how thick the filet) at medium heat.
  4. Serve steaming hot.
  5. Serves 1.
