Hash Brown Ham & Broccoli Quiche
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup, 2-23 teaspoons, 78 pinches Shredded Monterey Jack & Cheddar Cheese
- 1- 1/2 pint Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, Thawed
- 1- 1/2 cup Frozen (thawed) Or Fresh Diced Broccoli
- 1 cup Diced Ham (Turkey Optional)
- 1 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- 1.
- Press the hash browns onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-in.
- pie plate, forming a shell.

- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until brown and crispy.

- Sprinkle with broccoli and ham.

- In a bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream and salt; stir in cheese.
- Pour over broccoli.

- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
