Veal Patties Recipe

  1. Mix together adding 1/2 tsp.
  2. salt, pepper and 1/4 tsp.
  3. nutmeg.
  4. Heat 3 tsp.
  5. butter in warm skillet.
  6. Dip patties (approximately 12) in flour and brown patties in butter (5-10 min).
  7. Remove and set on plate.
  8. Bring 1 pint heavy cream to a boil.
  9. Cook down to half the amount (3-5 min son medium to high heat).
  10. Add in 1 1/2 Tbsp.
  11. cognac or possibly brandy, little salt and pepper, lemon juice.
  12. Swirl around, add in veal patties and serve.
  13. Makes 6 servings.
