Easy Pork, Apple, and Celery Saute with Ponzu Sauce

  1. Cut the 1/4 apple in half.
  2. Slice the halves into thin slices and soak in salted water.
  3. Thinly slice the celery.
  4. You can use the celery leaves if you prefer.
  5. Heat a frying pan and add the oil.
  6. Add the pork and a pinch of salt.
  7. Cook on medium heat.
  8. Once the meat changes color, pour in the sake.
  9. Add the celery and drained apples in order.
  10. Lightly cook.
  11. Season with salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
  12. Swirl in the ponzu to finish.
  13. I use a mild type of ponzu.
  14. You can adjust it however you want.
