Easy Whole Egg Custard Cream
- 260 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cake Flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Corn starch
- 10 grams Butter
- 30 grams Heavy cream
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- Heat the milk until it is warm to the touch, then add all of the sugar and dissolve thoroughly.
- Mix the egg, the flour, and the corn starch in a bowl.
- Slowly add the milk mixture to the bowl from Step 2 and mix slowly.
- Strain Step 3 into a sauce pan.
- Cook on medium heat while constantly mixing with a wooden spatula, for about 10 minutes or until the custard starts thicken.
- Add the butter and mix well.
- Finally, add the cream and the vanilla and mix, and you are done.
