Pernil (Pork Shoulder)
- 10 lbs pork shoulder (or smaller)
- 10 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons all purpose seasoning (Adobo)
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup canola oil
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven at 350F.
- Using a mortar, crush the garlic cloves and add 1 tbs of all purpose seasoning.
- In a medium bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic/adobo paste, and remaining of the APS.
- Add salt and pepper and mix.
- Rub pork with mixture.
- Bake for 3-5 hrs at 350F turn the pork leg every 30 minutes.
