Pernil (Pork Shoulder)

  1. Preheat oven at 350F.
  2. Using a mortar, crush the garlic cloves and add 1 tbs of all purpose seasoning.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic/adobo paste, and remaining of the APS.
  4. Add salt and pepper and mix.
  5. Rub pork with mixture.
  6. Bake for 3-5 hrs at 350F turn the pork leg every 30 minutes.
