Ranch-Honey Chicken for Two
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Cook chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
- on each side or until chicken is evenly browned on both sides.
- Mix broth, dressing, honey and garlic until blended; pour over chicken.
- Bring just to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
- Stir in peas; cook, covered, 3 to 4 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F) and peas are heated through.
