Pinot Nero Peaches

  1. Halve the peaches and remove the stones.
  2. Cut into thin slices.
  3. Put the peaches in a deep bowl, sprinkle with the sugar and zested lemon and add the wine.
  4. Cover with clingfilm and leave to marinate for an hour in a cool place.
  5. Serve in wine glasses.
