Honey-Lime Pork Chops

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix mustard, lime zest, lime juice, garlic and soy sauce until well blended.
  3. Remove 1/2 cup of the mustard mixture; set aside.
  4. Grill chops 16 min.
  5. or until cooked through (160F), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining mustard mixture.
  6. Serve with the reserved 1/2 cup mustard mixture.
