Ported Cheese Apple

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients; place on sheet of plastic wrap.
  2. Shape into ball; wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  4. Unwrap cheese ball; sprinkle evenly with paprika.
  5. Insert cinnamon stick in top to resemble stem of an apple.
  6. Add bay leaf at base of cinnamon stick.
