Grilled center cut pork chop with sweet&sour pineapples, saffron rice and garlic spinach tomato saut

  1. Cook rice according to the recipe on package
  2. On the stove heat grill pan until nice and hot
  3. Season pork chop with half the Salt&pepper and all of the paprika
  4. Put chops on hot grill cook 4 -5 minutes on each side depending on how thick they are
  5. Now in a small saucepan add butter and saute pineapples 2-3 minutes then add sweet&sour sauce until heated.add over top pork
  6. In another saute pan add oil til hot add tomatoes next garlic then spinach until wilted season with Salt&pepper tt
