Marinated Roasted Pork Tenderloin
- 3 pork tenderloins
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. finely chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp. five spice powder
- cinnamon

- Place all ingredients in a glass bow, mix to coat pork.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning pork occasionally.

- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Remove pork from marinade.
- Fold thin tail of tenderloin underneath and place on a foil lined baking sheet.

- Roast pork for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked.
- 4.
- While pork is cooking, place marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Use this to baste pork during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

- When pork is cooked, cool and refrigerate.
