Grilled Chicken with Green Chiles and Cheese

  1. Preheat the grill on medium high.
  2. Spray one side of the chicken with the olive oil spray.
  3. Sprinkle with half the chili powder.
  4. Turn over.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Grill the chicken with the smooth side down for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Turn over.
  8. Spread the green chiles on the chicken.
  9. Sprinkle with the Cheddar.
  10. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
