Peanut Butter Cheesecake

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth with paddle.
  2. Add peanut butter and sugar and blend well.
  3. Add vanilla and butter an continue to blend well.
  4. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream.
  5. Place mixture into graham cracker crust.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
  7. After refrigeration, pour chocolate chips evenly over top and let cool for 2 hours.
  8. Garnish with remaining whipped cream.
