Broccoli Shrimp Alfredo
- 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti (or Fettucine)
- 1/2 cups Margarine Or Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder (add To Taste)
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 13 cups Grated Or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 bunch Fresh Broccoli, Florets Only (approximately 3 Cups) Or You Can Use Frozen Broccoli
- 1 pound Cooked Shrimp, Thawed, Tails Removed
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In another saucepan, combine margarine, garlic powder, and cheeses.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring till cheeses are melted and smooth, then add milk.
- In another saucepan, heat about 1 inch of water to boiling, then add broccoli.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
- Drain.
- Stir the broccoli, shrimp, salt, and pepper into the cheese sauce.
- Cook until heated through.
- Drain pasta and top with shrimp and broccoli mixture.
