Sesame Scallion Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, yogurt, vegetable oil and sesame oil until well blended.
  3. Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture.
  4. Fold in green onions.
  5. Divide batter into muffin cups.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake at 400 for 18-22 minutes.
