Brunch Enchiladas

  1. Combine ham, onion and green pepper.
  2. Place 1/3 cup ham mixture and 3 tablespoons cheese on tortilla.
  3. Roll up and place filled tortillas, seam down, in 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Combine eggs, half and half, flour, garlic and Tabasco.
  4. Pour over tortillas.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or several hours. Bake, uncovered, in 350u0b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 4 more minutes.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
