French Onion Meatloaf

  1. Start out with olive oil and balsamic vinegar over medium heat.
  2. Then add onions and garlic.
  3. Heat until caramelized about 20 mins.
  4. Whisk together egg whites and almond milk.
  5. Next add oats and salt and pepper.
  6. Then mix in the ground beef and caramelized onions once they are cool.
  7. Put foil in a loaf pan and spray with canola for easy clean up.
  8. Then put in a 400AF oven for 50 minutes.
  9. At the last 5 minutes out mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Then take out after 5 minutes.
  11. Look at that perfection.
