Pork Chop And Rice Bake Recipe
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 (1 1/2 lb.) pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- 1 med. sliced onion
- 1 can golden brown mushroom soup
- In a 4-qt casserole, arrange rice proportionately over bottom.
- Cover with water.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange pork chops with meaty portions toward outside edge.
- Spoon mushroom soup on top.
- Microwave on medium, covered, for 45 min, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through.
- Serves 4.
- If you like, add in 2 more pork chops and add in 15 more min to cooking time.
