Skillet Pasta and Ricotta
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Galic
- 28 ounces, weight Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon White Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 pounds Pasta, Cooked
- 7 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
- Chopped Fresh Parsley For Garnish
- Heat oil in sauce pan until shimmering.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add tomato sauce and sugar.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add lemon zest.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss in cooked spaghetti.
- Top with tablespoonfuls of ricotta, as much as you like.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
