Skillet Pasta and Ricotta

  1. Heat oil in sauce pan until shimmering.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add tomato sauce and sugar.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add lemon zest.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Toss in cooked spaghetti.
  8. Top with tablespoonfuls of ricotta, as much as you like.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
