Kentucky Colonel

• 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
• 1/2 ounce Benedictine
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• Twist lemon peel

1. Combine all ingredients except the peel in a mixing glass and stir well.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass and drop in the peel.
