Summer Slaw

  1. Put cabbage in large bowl.
  2. In saucepan combine rest of ingredients except oil.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Mix in oil.
  5. Pour over cabbage.
  6. Cool a bit, then cover and chill for at least 4 hours, stirring once.
  7. Lift cabbage out of dressing with slotted spoon to serve.
