Dilled Carrot Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients, except lemon juice, salt, pepper and yogurt in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours.
  3. Process soup in food processor or blender until smooth.
  4. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve soup warm or chilled and garnished with a dollop of yogurt.
