Fast Ribs
- 2 baby back rib racks
- 2 tablespoons your favorite dry rub seasonings
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove white membrane from the underside of the ribs.
- Sprinkle or rub on the dry rub.
- Salt/Pepper/Paprika work very well as a substitute for a branded rub.
- Place ribs in the heaviest pan you have.
- I use a Calphalon turkey roasting pan.
- Place in oven and use convection setting if you have it.
- Turn every 10-12 minutes.
- These ARE NOT fall off the bone.
- They are if a crispier style.
