Fast Ribs

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove white membrane from the underside of the ribs.
  3. Sprinkle or rub on the dry rub.
  4. Salt/Pepper/Paprika work very well as a substitute for a branded rub.
  5. Place ribs in the heaviest pan you have.
  6. I use a Calphalon turkey roasting pan.
  7. Place in oven and use convection setting if you have it.
  8. Turn every 10-12 minutes.
  9. These ARE NOT fall off the bone.
  10. They are if a crispier style.
