Pecan Oven-Fried Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine biscuit mix, pecans and seasonings; mix well.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk; coat generously with pecan mixture.
  4. Place chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  5. Drizzle butter over chicken.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour, or until chicken is done.
