Uncle Mark's Meatloaf
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 13 cup water
- 13 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 12 lbs ground chuck
- 12 lb pork sausage
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 13 cup ketchup
- 14 cup milk
- 12 onion, finely chopped
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- Pre heat oven to 400 Degrees.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together in small sauce pan, heat until boiling, stir, Turn off heat and let sit.
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients together, Shape in glass baking dish, 9 by 5 loaf.
- Pour Sauce over meatloaf before cooking.
- Bake in Oven until Brown and firm about 55 minutes.
- Let stand 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
