Italian Pinto Stew

  1. Heat a large nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook 2 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring constantly.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.

  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover tightly, and simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat & stir in cumin & pepper.
