Cheesy Arancini Rice Balls

  1. Cook Rice fully as directed on box
  2. When rice is cooked mix one egg, the parmesan cheese, mozz cheese, the chopped peppers and onions in with rice
  3. Let cool
  4. Fill pan with vegtable oil about four inches deep and heat
  5. When rice has cooled, make the rice into balls
  6. Whisk the last two eggs in seperate bowl.
  7. Then put bread crumbs in another seperate bowl
  8. Dip rice ball in the eggs, then dip it in the bread crumbs, then put in vegtable oil
  9. Repeate till all the balls are in the vegtable oil.. Should make about eight balls.
  10. Keep balls in vegtable oil untill they turn brown.
  11. I like to keep mine in longer to get a crunchier outside.
  12. Take out the balls let them cool and enjoy!
  13. You can also eat these with marinara sauce which is really good!
