Bourbon sauce

  1. In a pot heat butter.
  2. Add honey, sage, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and ketchup.
  3. Bring to a simmer
  4. Simmer 7 minutes.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Add bourbon bring to simmer 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  7. Let simmer very low heat, for 15 minutes.
  8. Add to ribs chicken chop and so on.
