Corn and Jalapeno Casserole
- 2 cans (1 lb. each) white corn
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped jalapeno peppers
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Mix corn, cream cheese and peppers in 1-1/2 qt.
- covered casserole.
- Bake covered about 30 minutes or until heated through.
