T's Thai Shrimp Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan on Medium heat.
  2. Melt sugar in the vinegar.
  3. add oyster sauce.
  4. add pepper and cucumber.
  5. Saute for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix Cornstarch in a cup with water.
  7. Add to thicken recipe.
  8. add Cayenne pepper and lime zest.
  9. Divide into 4 portions.
  10. Use as a dipping sauce.
