Honey Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup unsalted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 13 cup liquid honey
- In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together butter, cream cheese and salt until creamy.
- With mixer on low speed, beat in powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.
- Add honey, beating well.
- Increase speed to medium-high and beat until light and fluffy.
