Delicious Pea Soup

• 1 can (11-1/4 oz.) condensed green pea soup
• 1 OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Hardwood Smoked Turkey Frank, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
• 2 tsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
• 2 tsp. chopped fresh chives

1. Prepare soup as directed on label.
2. Stir in franks; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
3. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
4. or until franks are heated through, stirring constantly.
5. Serve topped with sour cream and chives.
