Blackberry, Lemon And Orange Vinegar Recipe

  1. Mix vinegar and Blackberries.
  2. Pour into a 1-qt bottle.
  3. Cut lemon and orange peels into long strips; add in to bottle.
  4. Close tightly and let stand at room temperature at least 2 weeks.
  5. To present as a gift, pack into old-fashioned pressed-glass bottles or possibly simple clear decanters.
  6. Tie with ribbons.
  7. Yield: About 1 qt.
