Steak with Mango Chutney
- 2 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 8 each garlic cloves, minced
- 8 each beef flank steaks (1 lb. each) Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups KRAFT Signature Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 qt. onions, thinly sliced
- 1 qt. mangos, peeled, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cups red peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Mix steak sauce, lime juice and garlic; pour over steaks in non-reactive container.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; saute 5 min.
- Stir in mangos and red peppers; saute 3 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in cilantro, salt and black pepper.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand at room temperture until ready to use.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steak on medium-high heat 7 min.
- on each side or to until medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
- Remove from grill.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
- For each serving: Plate 4-1/2 oz.
- meat; top with 1/4 cup of the mango mixture.
