Steak with Mango Chutney

  1. Mix steak sauce, lime juice and garlic; pour over steaks in non-reactive container.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add onions; saute 5 min.
  5. Stir in mangos and red peppers; saute 3 min.
  6. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Stir in cilantro, salt and black pepper.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Let stand at room temperture until ready to use.
  10. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  11. Grill steak on medium-high heat 7 min.
  12. on each side or to until medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  13. Remove from grill.
  14. Let stand 5 min.
  15. Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
  16. For each serving: Plate 4-1/2 oz.
  17. meat; top with 1/4 cup of the mango mixture.
