Alabama White Barbecue Sauce Recipe

• 1 c. mayonaise
• 1 c. cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 11/2 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp cayenne

1. Mix ingredients together and chill.
2. This is a finishing sauce and should be applied at the last moments of cooking or possibly it will break down.
