Sweet-Tart Berry Jelly
- 1 1/2 ounces gelatin, unflavored lemon-flavoured
- 1 cup water boiling
- 1 cup water cold
- 10 ounces strawberries frozen, sliced
- 18 teaspoon salt
- Empty gelatin into boil, pour on boiling water, stiruntil completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold water, strawberries, salt.
- Mix until berries completely thaw and separate.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
