Tomat-Mozza
- 200 grams mozzarella cheese
- 1 box cherry tomato
- 1 basil
- 1 garlic
- 100 grams pinion
- 100 grams parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 100 ml oil
- 12 basil flowers
- Cut the mozzarella cheese in cubes.
- On a skewer put a cube of cheese and the cherry tomato.
- Make the pesto sauce.
- Put in the blender the basil, garlic, pinion, oil, salt and pepper.
- Dip the skewer and decorate it with a basil flower.
