Creamed Peas

  1. In a small bowl combine yogurt, flour, dill weed, pimiento salt & pepper; stir until smooth.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In small saucepan combine peas & broth; cover & bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes or until peas are tender.
  5. Stir in yogurt mixture; cook over low heat until thickened , stirring constantly.
