California Shrimp Topper
- 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- avocado, slices 8 thin slices
- 16 Triscuit crackers
- 8 small cooked clen shrimp, cut lengthwise in half
- 2 tablespoons thick chunky salsa
- Cut cheese into 8 slices, cut each slice diagonally in half.
- Cut avocado slices crosswise in half.
- Top crackers with cheese, avocados, shrimp and salsa.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
