Chick Pea (Garbonza) Burgers Recipe

  1. Combine first six ingredients in food processor and process till chick-peas are smooth and carrots are minced fine.
  2. Spoon mix into eight mounds on flour.
  3. Press into patties.
  4. Patties are now coated with the flour.
  5. Heat oil in skillet, add in patties.
  6. Cook patties (turning once) till golden and heated through.
  7. Top with yogurt.
  8. Serves four.
  9. 354 calories per serving (with the yogurt).
