Marinated Olives

  1. Toss olives with oil in mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except thyme sprigs and toss to combine.
  3. Transfer to crock or serving bowl and let stand, tossing occasionally, until ready to serve.
  4. Garnish with thyme sprigs just before serving.
