Chicken And Spinach Lasagna Recipe

  1. Poach chicken breast in chicken stock and coarse chop.
  2. Saute/fry garlic and shallots in oil till translucent/soft.
  3. Add in chicken and briefly saute/fry.
  4. Drain oil off mix and set aside.
  5. Mix all cheeses for Ricotta mix; add in shallots, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. In a lasagna pan put down your first layer of pasta; spread cheese mix over, another pasta layer, chicken and spinach mix.
  7. Repeat till all ingredients are used.
  8. Wrap with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 45 min.
