Shish Kebobs Marinade

  1. Combine all of the above ingredients.
  2. Use fresh ingredients if you have them on hand, otherwise adjust the amounts for dried ingredients.
  3. Use a fresh onion, not powdered.
  4. Cube your lamb or pork.
  5. Marinate the meat for several hours or overnight, mixing every once in a while.
  6. Skewer the meat onto soaked bamboo skewers and broil.
  7. Serve with rice or a sliced Italian bread.
