Prawn & Raw Asparagus Salad with Sesame Dressing
- 100 grams Fresh asparagus
- 10 Prawns
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 tbsp Sesame dressing
- Peel and de-vein the prawns.
- Boil them in salt water.
- Let cool.
- Thinly slice the onion and soak in water.
- Thinly slice the asparagus diagonally, and lightly season with salt (not listed in ingredients).
- Squeeze out any excess water from the vegetables, and mix with the prawns.
- Pour over the sesame dressing and you're done.
