Short Ribs And Lima Beans Recipe

  1. Brown ribs in fat - remove to casserole.
  2. Saute/fry onions, pour off drippings.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients except lima beans.
  4. Bring to a boil - pour over ribs in casserole dish.
  5. Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hrs at 400 degrees or possibly till meat is tender.
  6. Add in lima beans.
  7. Cover and bake 30 min longer.
  8. Garnish with slices of onions.
