Pork Tonkatsu with Buttered Vegetables
- 6 each Pork Loin
- 1 Salt and Pepper
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 large Egg
- 100 grams Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 large Carrot, julienne
- 1 medium Cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 kg Sweet Beans, sliced into small portions
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Poke the surface of the pork with the tip of the knife in 5 times.
- Season with salt and pepper for both sides.
- Coat with the flour evenly and make sure to tap it afterwards so that it wouldn't be covered with so much flour.
- Drench in the egg and coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the pork until its crispy and golden for both sides.
- This will take you for about 10 minutes.
- For the vegetables, melt the butter on the frying pan.
- Add the vegetables and saute it gently.
- When it's slightly cooked, add the soya sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Best served with tonkatsu sauce and steamed rice.
