Curried Fish and Chip Bake
- 14 ounces frozen battered fish fillets
- 16 ounces frozen crinkle cut french fries
- 10 34 ounces condensed cream of celery soup
- 34 cup milk
- 13 cup mayonnaise or 13 cup salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- parsley sprig, for garnish (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease 12 x 7-1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen fish on the bottom of baking dish.
- Sprinkle French fries over the fish.
- Combine soup, milk, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and curry powder; pour mixture over fish and French fries.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350-degree-Fahrenheit oven about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
- Garnish with a parsley sprig, if desired.
