Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
  4. Add ice cream; stir until ice cream is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  5. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min.
  6. or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
  7. Spoon into crust.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
